Terms & Conditions
1. Payments & Refund Policy
- All payments must be made upfront through the booking system.
- No refunds will be issued once a booking is made.
- Missed sessions cannot be refunded, transferred or credited.
- In exceptional circumstances (injury/illness of more than 2 weeks), credit may be offered at the discretion of Chris Maxwell Coaching.
2. Attendance & Timekeeping
- Please arrive 10 minutes before the session start time.
- Late arrivals will join the session at the current point — sessions cannot be extended.
- Repeated lateness may result in removal from future blocks.
3. Behaviour & Conduct
- Players must follow coach instructions at all times.
- Poor behaviour, dangerous actions or disrespect may result in removal from the session with no refund.
- Parents must remain respectful to staff, players, and other families.
4. Safety & Medical
- Parents must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies or learning needs before sessions begin.
- If your child becomes unwell, you must collect them immediately.
- Players must bring appropriate gloves, boots, drink, and weather-appropriate kit.
5. Insurance & Liability
- Chris Maxwell Coaching is fully insured for coaching activities.
- Participation is at the player’s own risk; parents accept responsibility for ensuring their child is fit to participate.
6. Weather Policy
- Sessions will run in most weather conditions.
- If a session is cancelled due to extreme weather or unsafe pitch conditions, a replacement session or credit will be offered.
- No refunds are provided for weather-related cancellations.
7. Photography & Media
- Photos/videos may be taken for coaching analysis or promotional purposes.
- Parents/guardian can opt out via the registration form.
- No photos/videos may be taken of other players without their parent/guardian's permission.
8. Communication
- All session updates will be sent via email or text.
- It is the parent’s responsibility to check their messages for updates.
